I’m Jay… Army Veteran, Psychology graduate student, DECA Marketing-Certified alumni, and founder of Jay Briar Allen, Private Management. Since 2020, I’ve worked with over 230 performers, brands, and projects across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. My journey began in the early months of the COVID pandemic, when I helped a friend launch their content career. From there, word spread, and within a year I had guided nearly 40 individuals into new financial independence.
